Namashibori Daidai Ponzu is the traditional ponzu sauce made from fresh daidai. Daidai is considered to have the best aroma and flavor and is an original citrus for ponzu sauce. Marusho uses a large amount of fresh daidai juice and seasons it with natural ingredients.

Serve with sushi and sashimi or use in dressings, vinaigrettes, and marinades.

Ingredients: daidai (citrus) juice, honjozo shoyu (soy sauce, including soybeans and wheat), kombu seaweed, amazake, hon mirin, fermented seasoning (rice), shichimi (Japanese spice mix).
