Tosazu is high quality fermented vinegar seasoned with all natural foods: real bonito soup stock, kombu seaweed, honjozo shoyu (soy sauce) and hon mirin.


Ingredients: pure rice vinegar, honjozo shoyu (soy sauce, including soybean and wheat), amazake, dried bonito flakes (fish), kombu seaweed, soft brown sugar, hon mirin.
