Namashibori Yuzu Ponzu is a traditional ponzu sauce made from local fresh yuzu (citrus) seasoned with honjozo shoyu (soy sauce), amazake, hon mirin.

Serve with sushi or sashimi, use in your favorite dressings, marinades and sauces.

Ingredients: yuzu (citrus) juice, honjozo shoyu (soy sauce, including soybeans and wheat), hon mirin, fermented seasoning (rice), kombu seaweed, dried bonito flakes (fish), amazake, plum.

Refrigerate once opened.
