SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
The CLIENT's order is prepared after receipt of payment by ISSE JAPAN. The products are made available to the logistics provider of ISSE JAPAN so that he can deliver the order according to the delivery option chosen by the CLIENT on ISSE.CO.JP.
ISSE JAPAN makes its best efforts to deliver to your doors under 48 hours when stock is available, excluding periods of public holidays, non-working days, national and European holidays, and unexpected delays of the logistics provider.
If the products of the CLIENT's order are out out of stock, the limit the products will be delivered is thirty (30) days after the CLIENT's validation to the address provided by the CLIENT when paying for his order; after this period, the CLIENT will have the possibility to cancel his order which will be refunded within thirty (30) days.
All orders are subject to preparation and delivery charges. These costs are calculated and mentioned on ISSE.CO.JP before the CLIENT's validation according to the weight of the products, the delivery method and the geographical area of delivery.
The customer undertakes to receive the order on the day of delivery. In the event of the CLIENT's absence when the order is delivered by the ISSE JAPAN service provider, the latter will leave a notice of passage. The package may be delivered with the CLIENT's agreement at a later date, or the CLIENT may collect his package directly from the service provider with his delivery notice. If re-delivery charges are requested by the carrier, these charges are the sole responsibility of the CLIENT. If charges are invoiced directly by the carrier to ISSE JAPAN then ISSE JAPAN will invoice the CLIENT.
ISSE JAPAN shall be released from any liability if the order was not received by the CLIENT at the time of the first delivery, or if it is redistributed, or if the delivery address provided by the CLIENT is not compliant/valid/or is incomplete.
2. LOSS OF PACKAGES:
If the ISSE JAPAN logistics provider declares that he has lost track of the package, the CLIENT must contact ISSE JAPAN within 48 hours by email.
ISSE JAPAN will carry out the search operations with its service provider and re-delivery once found. These search operations can take up to twenty-one (21) days. Insofar as the package is declared lost by the logistics provider, ISSE JAPAN will refund the CLIENT's order within 30 days or reship the order.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
ISSE JAPAN will prepare orders received on ISSE.CO.JP only within the limits of available stocks.
In the event of total or partial unavailability of the product after placing the order, the CLIENT will be informed by e-mail of the delivery of a partial order or the cancellation of his order, and if necessary to refund it at the latest within 30 days following the payment of the sums paid.
4. TRANSFER OF RISKS:
The transfer of risks on the products takes place as soon as they are shipped to the logistics provider. The result is that the goods travel at the CLIENT's risk.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.a. PERISSABLE PRODUCTS
For orders of perishable products, the CLIENT does not have the possibility to retract after the confirmation of his order. No amount corresponding to the price of the order placed by the CLIENT may be refunded.
5.b. NON-PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
For orders of non-perishable products, the CLIENT has a period of SEVEN (7) days from delivery. The products must be returned at the CLIENT's expense by express courier in their original packaging to the address of ISSE JAPAN's head office.
6. PRODUCT RETURN
6.a. PERISSABLE PRODUCTS
ISSE JAPAN does not accept returns of perishable products.
6.b. NON-PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
The CLIENT has a period of SEVEN (7) days from delivery to make any reservations or complaints for non-compliance or apparent defect of the items delivered, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the address of ISSE JAPAN. No delivery dispute will be accepted by ISSE JAPAN after this period. The verification of the goods must be carried out at the time of their receipt; it is the responsibility of the customer to make reservations, if necessary, with the carriers by complaint accompanied by an appropriate, clear and precise handwritten statement on the delivery receipt. The CLIENT confirms the good receipt of the goods by signing. The products must be returned at the CLIENT's expense by express courier in their original packaging to the address of ISSE JAPAN's head office.
After this period and failing to comply with this formality, the articles shall be deemed to be in conformity and free of any apparent defect and no claim shall be validly accepted by ISSE JAPAN.
If the apparent defect or lack of conformity of the item is proven, ISSE JAPAN undertakes to replace the item or refund the CLIENT within 30 days.
7. RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
The products sold remain the property of ISSE JAPAN until full payment by the CLIENT of the price of the goods, including taxes and shipping costs.
ISSE JAPAN shall not be liable for the non-execution or improper execution of the contract concluded with the CLIENT in the event of force majeure, stock shortage, disruption or strike by ISSE JAPAN's logistics service providers, the occurrence of a fact attributable to the CLIENT, an error in the entry of the delivery address by the CLIENT, or any inconvenience, unpredictable and insurmountable damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, including a service interruption, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
ISSE JAPAN makes every effort to verify the accuracy of the information contained on ISSE.CO.JP.
ISSE.CO.JP contains hypertext links that may refer the CLIENT to other websites. ISSE JAPAN cannot be held responsible for the content of these websites if they contravene the legal and regulatory provisions in force.
The photographs and illustrations accompanying the products on ISSE.CO.JP are used for information purposes only, have no contractual value and cannot be held liable by ISSE JAPAN.
