STORE POLICY
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the conditions applicable to sales concluded between on the one hand the persons (hereinafter referred to as the "CLIENT") making a purchase via the website (hereinafter referred to as "ISSE.CO.JP") and on the other hand the company ISSE k.k. (hereinafter referred to as "ISSE JAPAN"). Any order of products made on ISSE.CO.JP, implies the unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the CLIENT as well as its full and complete acceptance thereof. The said General Terms and Conditions of Sale prevail over any other document of the CLIENT, and in particular over any general terms and conditions of purchase.
1. ACCOUNT OPENING
Before any sale, it is necessary that the CLIENT creates a user account on ISSE.CO.JP.
2. ORDERS
Orders are placed by the CLIENT only on ISSE.CO.JP by following the below procedure:
- Creation of a user account or identification on ISSE.CO.JP
- Choice of items and addition to the basket
- Validation of the contents of the basket
- Choice of the option of a delivery supplement.
- Validation of payment by clicking on the "PAY" or "PAYPAL" button; action that constitutes an electronic signature and unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of ISSE JAPAN. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the items available for sale.
The CLIENT will receive an e-mail confirming his order.
ISSE JAPAN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a CLIENT with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or which would present in its opinion any form of risk.
3. SALE PRICE
Products are invoiced at EUROS all taxes included according to the current rate, excluding delivery charges, on the date of the CLIENT's order. The prices are brought to the CLIENT's attention when the order is placed or accepted on ISSE.CO.JP. The products remain the property of ISSE JAPAN until full payment of the price by ISSE JAPAN. This price is payable in full and in a single payment.
4. TERMS OF PAYMENT
For any order placed by the CLIENT on ISSE.CO.JP, payment is made in EUROS via the CLIENT's PAYPAL account or any other means set up on the site.
Any unpaid amount of the CLIENT's order price will automatically and without prior formal notice generate interest at the rate of three (3) times the legal interest from the due date of payment.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The texts, photos, comments, illustrations and images contained on ISSE.CO.JP are protected and reserved under ISSE JAPAN's copyright and intellectual property laws and may not be used or reproduced under any circumstances without the express written consent of ISSE JAPAN.
6. APPLICABLE LAW & ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to Japanese law. Any dispute relating to any sale of products made by the CLIENT on ISSE.CO.JP shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo Commercial Court, regardless of the payment terms or delivery conditions, even in the event of a warranty claim or multiple defendants.
7. COOKIES
For the proper functioning of ISSE.CO.JP, cookies are installed on the hard disk of the CLIENT's computer. These cookies make it possible to identify the CLIENT each time he/she connects to the site and to provide personalized services adapted to his/her needs or to serve ISSE JAPAN for statistical purposes to study the use of the site by Internet users.
The CLIENT may oppose the recording of cookies or be notified before accepting cookies, by configuring his computer as follows:
7.a) For Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0 :
Select the "Tools" menu, then "Internet Options".
Click on the "Confidentiality" tab.
Select the desired level using the cursor or click on the "advanced" button to customize cookie management.
7.b)For Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 :
Select the "Tools" menu, then "Internet Options".
Click on the "Security" tab.
Select "Internet" and then "CustomLevel".
Locate the "cookies" section and choose the appropriate option.
7.c)For Mozilla Firefox 1.5.X and 2.0.X :
Select the "Tools" menu, then "Options...".
Click on the "Privacy" icon and then on the "Cookies" or "Show cookies..." tab.
Customize the appropriate options.
However, refusing to install cookies on the CLIENT's computer may alter the functionalities of ISSE.CO.JP or even prevent it from accessing its personalized space. »
You have the right to access, modify and rectify data concerning you. To exercise this right, you can write to our head office or send us an email.
ISSE JAPAN cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience, unpredictable and insurmountable damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, including a service interruption, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
ISSE JAPAN makes every effort to verify the accuracy of the information contained on ISSE.CO.JP.
ISSE.CO.JP contains hypertext links that may refer the CLIENT to other websites. ISSE JAPAN cannot be held responsible for the content of these websites if they contravene the legal and regulatory provisions in force.
The photographs and illustrations accompanying the products on ISSE.CO.JP are used for information purposes only, have no contractual value and cannot be held liable by ISSE JAPAN.

Offers are for professionals (otherwise specified), in the limits of stocks. Shipping cost is not included in offer. Offer is valid for one item per one beneficiary and one delivery address. The product(s) of the offer can not have been purchased before.
