As the mildest of the Setoichi, it's the perfect pairing for Western cuisine, as an aperitif or to go with refined dishes. Ideal for a tête-à-tête or a festive evening.

Nose: Tsukigakireidesune sake is full-bodied, with notes of ripe melon and fruit. Mouth: smooth and creamy texture. Yeast No. 10 brings out the unique characteristics and benefits of the distillery’s river water. A delicious sake. You'll be back for sure!
