Made in Hakata, Fukuoka, a region with the fifth most sake breweries in Japan, this Junmaishu uses locally grown Yamadanishiki rice and spring water from the Fukuoka mountains to create a drier, cleaner taste in mouth.
With a smooth texture and a clean, refreshing finish, this sake is ranked as one of the region's top ten Junmai each year.
