Tasting note

Appearance: The color is bright crystal with a slight pale lemon yellow. Nose: The first impression is a harmony of gorgeous, mellow and ripe fruit. Mainly you can feel pear, white peach, banana, melon, acacia, fresh green, cooked rice, fresh cream and minerals. The mellowness of sake rice ’Aiyama’ and opulent flavor derived from pasteurized just once before shipping bottling). Palate: Intensive palate. Round sweetness, gentle acidity, mild bitterness, the balance is mellow. After taste is a bit longer. The mellowness of sake rice and alcohol volume are well-balanced
