This Akitora sake, made with Awa Yamada Nishiki rice polished to just 20%, offers a whole new experience. Although the rice is only lightly polished, it has a smooth taste and a creamy body. It releases light banana and cereal aromas.

Its limpid flavour and refreshing finish, characteristic of junmai sake, tirelessly enhance the meal. The contents of this bottle reflect the quality of the ingredients and brewing method used. A junmai much appreciated by sake lovers.

Tasting notes: Aromas of fresh redcurrants and tropical fruit. Taste similar to Sauvignon Blanc with citrus peel flavours.

Pairings: Oden soup, grilled fish, grilled chicken with fine herbs, Nabe with lots of ginger, Peppermint, Shanghai noodles, raw fish.
